The Garden of Eternity is another fake Paradise within the Wolf's Rain anime series. The desert's paradise is in actuality, an illusion created by the noxious fumes of a plant in the desert. Once in the fake paradise, the visitor's soul slowly loses memory and falls into a state of eternal peace, while the body withers away.
Design & Facilities[]
The Garden of Eternity appears as a boreal landscape with tall white-capped-mountains and a lake. Planes of lush, green grass with boulders dot the hills.
A large, circular watering-hole sits in the middle of an expansive grassy-plane. The lake sits on the other side of a hill that slopes upwards from the watering-hole's plane. A semi-sandy area can also be seen on the opposite side of the watering-hole.
Residence & Visitors[]
The residence of the fake paradise are largely made up of various wild animals native to a boreal-biome. The most noticeable resident is Mew, a female caracal. Kiba visits the fake paradise by accident after taking refuge under the poisonous plant. Mew, having been in the desert's paradise long before Kiba, has already lost her memories of the real world and achieved eternal peace.
