Lord Orkham's Keep (オーカム卿の館 , Ōkamu Kyō no Yakata lit."Orkham's Manor") also known as "Orkham's Castle". The Keep is where the governing noble of Freeze City, Lord Orkham, resides. The Keep is situated within Freeze City's dome and sits on a raised plane above the city.
